In this one-hour session, I provide an open and safe environment where you can openly and deeply share your life experiences, explore what spirituality is to you and what challenges you are experiencing within that to assist with moving forward towards healing and personal growth.
I will use many tools that have assisted in moving through spiritual journeys including sound healing, meditation, hypnotherapy, breathwork, talk therapy and somatic movement to name a few.
My goal is to support you and empower you with innovative approaches that can facilitate positive changes in your growth & healing.
NDIS Counselling session
$150
During our one-hour session, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly share and we can collaboratively uncover strategies and tools to move forward towards identified ISP goals. My goal is to support you in navigating through the challenges and empower you with strengths-based solutions with innovative tools and approaches that can facilitate positive changes in your life.
